Privacy Policy

This policy explains what AtlasByte LLC ("AtlasByte", "we") collects when you use atlasbytegroup.org and the software products we operate, and what we do with it. Each product may have additional notices specific to its features.

What we collect

Account data. Email address, name if you give one, and login credentials when you create an account in one of our products.
Payment data. Payments are processed by Stripe. We receive the last four digits of your card, the card brand, and the billing details you enter. We never see or store your full card number.
Files and content. Files you upload to a product are processed to provide the service you requested and deleted on the schedule stated in that product. We do not read them for any other purpose.
Usage data. Pages visited, features used, browser type, approximate location from your IP address, and errors. We use a self-hosted analytics tool that does not share data with third parties.
Support messages. Emails you send us and our replies.

How we use it

To provide, maintain and bill the products you use.
To answer support requests and investigate problems or disputed charges.
To understand how the products are used so we can improve them.
To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Who we share it with

Service providers who process data on our behalf: Stripe for payments, Cloudflare for networking and email routing, Amazon Web Services for hosting, and an email delivery provider for transactional email. Each is bound by its own terms and privacy commitments. We also disclose data when required by law.

Retention

Account data is kept while your account is active and deleted within 90 days of a deletion request. Billing records are kept for seven years as required for tax purposes. Uploaded files are deleted on the schedule stated in the product, typically within hours.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct, export or delete the personal data we hold about you. Email support@atlasbytegroup.org and we will respond within 30 days. Residents of the EU, UK and California have additional rights under GDPR and CCPA, which we honour.

Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies for login sessions. Our analytics does not use cookies. We do not use advertising cookies.

Children

Our products are not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We will post updates to this page with a new effective date. Material changes will be announced inside the affected product.
