Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of atlasbytegroup.org and the software products operated by AtlasByte LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company ("AtlasByte", "we"). By creating an account or paying for a subscription you agree to them. Individual products may add product-specific terms, which take precedence where they conflict.

Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate information, and keep your credentials private. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid features are sold as recurring monthly or annual subscriptions, charged in advance to the card you provide through Stripe.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the product's account page, and access continues until the end of the paid period.
Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice by email. The new price applies at your next renewal.
If a product does not work as described, email us within 14 days of the charge for a refund. Other refunds are at our discretion.

Acceptable use

Do not use our products to break the law, infringe others' rights, distribute malware, attempt to access other users' data, or load the service in a way that degrades it for others. We may suspend accounts that do.

Your content

You keep ownership of files and content you upload. You grant us the limited licence needed to process them for the service you requested. We are not responsible for the content you upload.

Our software

The products, their code and branding belong to AtlasByte LLC or its licensors. You get a personal, non-transferable right to use them under these terms, nothing more.

Availability and warranty

We aim for high availability but the products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, AtlasByte LLC's total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Termination

You can close your account at any time. We may terminate accounts that breach these terms. Sections on content, ownership, warranty and liability survive termination.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wake County, North Carolina.

Changes

We will post updates here with a new effective date and notify you of material changes by email or inside the product. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the new terms.
